Drinking water to lose weight - August 25th, 2009

Drinking water is one of the best things that we can do for our body, including losing weight. I was reading a magazine one day, I can’t remember what magazine it was now but I was reading an article about on getting enough water in your diet. Yes, it said the same thing we always hear.. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. The article went on to say that if you are dehydrated that it will slow down your metabolism. It also said that drinking water will help curve the hunger.

That is definitely interesting. It went on to say that getting your daily allowance of water will also help with back and joint pain. They talked about studies that showed getting your daily amount of water intake will also help prevent colon, breast and bladder cancer. Just amazing if you ask me, since I have read that article I have been drinking allot more water. I have lost some weight, my skin looks better and I really do feel better. I recommend it to anyone who is considering a diet, taking diet pills, exercise. I definitely think that getting plenty of water every day is essential for all of us, give it a try!
