Daily Exercise - August 26th, 2009

I would like to talk about the importance of daily exercise. It is very important for all of us to exercise on a daily basis. It helps to increase weight loss by burning calories and increasing your metabolism. It will also help you to maintain a healthy cholesterol level.  Some benefits to daily exercise that we may not immediately think of are lowering the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.  One thing that I personally noticed after I started my daily exercise routine is that I had so much more energy. I remember before I got into my routine, I had every excuse. I will exercise when I get time or I am too tired to exercise after work.

Honestly, I had every excuse in the book. A friend of mine talked me into joining a fitness club with her. I will be honest, that first week I was very sore and I  kept thinking, no way do I want to continue with this. After the first week, I felt great! Better than ever. I could not believe how much more energy I had. One of my biggest excuses for not exercising was that I was too tired and I was so surprised how much more energy I had. The best thing that I can tell you is to get into a routine and stick to it!
